Nu-Trek developed 4 radiation hardened monolithic application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) for use in satellites, interceptors, and other environments in which radiation is present. This includes the Monolithic NED, Circumvention Clamp, Dual MOSFET Driver, and Readout Dosimeter. The PnP Dosimeter is a space plug-and-play (PnP) instrument based on the Dosimeter Readout and the Ultra Fast X-Ray Detectors is a suite of very fast responding (down to 30 ps) GaAs photoconductive detectors (PCDs).

The Monolithic NED, Circumvention Clamp, and Dosimeter Readout, are offered in a 14-pin, .225"x.225"x.06", ceramic package. The Dual MOSFET Driver is offered in a slightly larger, 14-pin package.
Brief description:
- Monolithic NED, NT-NED-1001. Nuclear event detectors (NEDs) are used to initiate circumvention, following the occurrence of a nuclear blast. The NT-NED-1001 is 1/15 the volume of leading commercial part, is SEE immune, and can be calibrated in-situ.
- Circumvention Clamp, NT-Clamp-2001. Circumvention clamps are used to remove power from electronic circuits, following the occurrence of a nuclear blast. Part is typically triggered by a combination of NEDs and circuit logic. The NT-Clamp-2001 can also self-trigger, doubling as an NED and clamp.
- Dual MOSFET Driver, NT-Driver-3001. It is used to drive power MOSFETs in circuits that are required to operate in a nuclear environment. Applications include electromechanical motors, hydraulic actuators, power conversion, ordinance activation, divert and attitude control systems, etc.
- Dosimeter Readout, NT-Dose-4001. The Dosimeter Readout is used in conjunction with a RADFET to determine the accumulated dose during space missions.
- PnP Dosimeter. Plug-and-Play dosimeter based on the Dosimeter Readout and Air Force protocols and form factors. Used in PnP satellites to radically shorten satellite assembly times.
- Ultra fast X-Ray Detectors. Suite of GaAs PCDs with response times as fast as 30 ps. Includes detectors designed for soft x-rays (< 10 KeV), hard x-rays (> 10 keV), and x-ray detection in intense neutron environments, such as neutron reactors.
