X-Jam, GPS Receiver RFICs

The X-Jam RFICs reduce SWaP of high J/S GPS receivers designed for operation in highly jammed environments. There are two output options: Low-IF/real output (NT/X-Jam/01) and zero-IF/complex I&Q output (NT/X-Jam/02). The X-Jam RFICs have low noise figure, 2.2 dB typical at maximum gain, an image rejection mixer for image noise cancellation, and up to 60 dB digital automatic gain control (AGC).
